Looks like Bollywood is drenched with numerous real life couples sharing screen space together. Right from Dharmendra-Hema Malini and Amithabh-Jaya pair till the present day Aish-Abhi jodi the movie goers have a special liking to see real-life chemistry in reel life too. They tend to accept the real life pairing on screen compared to reel-life couple.

The coming generation of Bollywood folks too seem to keep this real pairing intact. What with Saif and Kareena appearing together in every other film they are doing and the latest stunning Bollywood jodi Ranbir and Deepika. We have sources suggesting that Ranbir Kapoor and beau Deepika Padukone will soon be seen together for a film that will be canned by director Vikramjit Singh.

The director has revealed that Ranbir nodded his yes to the film soon after he listened to the narration. Sonam Kapoor seems to have been the first choice but she is believed to have declined the offer even before hearing the script because she wasn’t interested in signing a dual-heroine project yet.

The film will also see the lead pair in a dual role. The movie that has been titled ‘Mera Jahaan’ will span two generations. One character will be set in the 1950s background and the other character will be today’s youth. This film will be filmed under the banner of Cinema Paradiso and will be produced by Sameer Rattonsey. Sources close to the film reveal that this film has a lot of scope for acting rather than the usual naach gaana and the stunts. The film will also have India and abroad as the backdrop.
