Do not be surprised.  Meena, like many heroines, has decided to act again after a hiatus post her marriage with a software techie.  If you are her fan, the disappointing  news is that she is not doing a Telugu film, but a Kannada film instead.

Reason could be that she is married to a Bangalore-based software engineer.  'Thambikkottai' is the name of venture and it will be directed by Ammu Ramesh.

One hopes that Meena will also be interested to act in Telugu too as it is learnt that she is open to signing new on the dotted line for new projects.
 
'Kathanayakudu' and 'Vengamamba' are her recent Telugu films that did not do too well at the box office.

The baby-faced lady never stopped acting even when Mumbai dolls flooded their way in Tollywood and Kollywood and seems that she does not want to even after becoming a wife.
