Lal croons for another hit

Megastar Mohanlal has been instrumental in selecting sings for himself to sing, which has the potential to become chart toppers. From his songs in 'Chithram', the superstar has been able to convert a dozen of songs into super hits. Last year his hit song as a playback singer was "Annarakanna Vaa" from 'Bhramaram', which is the favorite of many, even today.

For 2010, Mohanlal has selected a song for his new movie 'Oru Naal Varum' and has lended his voice to it. The song which goes like ''Nathoone, Nathoone'' is penned by poet Murukam Kattakkada and is set to music by playback singer M G Sreekumar.

This is the third film of M G Sreekumar as a music director in Malayalam. He had been appreciated for his musical scores for the National award wining Tamil movie 'Kancheevaram'.

'Oru Naal Varum' scripted by Sreenivasan features Sameera Reddy as the heroine. The movie will be completed in a single schedule which will get on till the last week of April.
