'Mallika' fame Sheena S Nayyer the new star on the horizon of Bollywood is all set for her second release 'Cover Story' starring Jackie Shroff as leading man and Sheena as a Bollywood superstar in the film.

Sheena who plays the role of a top Bollywood actress could not think of anyone else as role model. Bollywood actress in all their distinctiveness reminded her of Hema Malini, Rekha, Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit, Madhubala, Mumtaaz and Aishwarya Rai. A quick internet search brought forth Aishwarya Rai as the most searched Bollywood star. One led to another and Sheena found herself doing an intense research on the Bollywood diva.

She became her sole source of inspiration for the role.

Sheena began her Bollywood lesson on Aishwarya through her movies like 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam', 'Dhoom 2', and 'Devdas' etc. Sheena's role needed her to attend premieres and award functions and yet again Sheen found herself at Aishwarya's mercy. Intense viewing of online videos on Youtube, photo galleries and voila she was set to enact her dream role.

She says, "Aishwarya is the mega star of Bollywood. I look up to her as a Bollywood diva. Her whole journey is certainly a source of inspiration to our generation. Her career started off from winning the Ms. World title in 1994, to a leading B-town actress. Her success is admirable. For my character this definitely served as the best reference point."

"We are here to entertain people with our work so one should make the most of their skills to make a film meaningful. This is something I am trying to do in my career, you see most of the role which you play in a Bollywood film is not KING SIZE but performance says it all. I don't want the audience to only imagine me in a bikini, dancing around the trees but in many powerful roles" says, Sheena.

We asked if she has to define her performance in one line she said, "I play the modern Bollywood actress who is a beauty with brains, not just a bimbo. Today's actresses are matching their craft at every level with the leading heroes be it in terms of money, tailor made roles, matching dance steps or action oriented films. They are tough, intelligent and can match their wits. My role in COVER STORY is a combination of all these factors. And I feel privileged that Laurens Postma, our Dutch Director found me apt for this one.

"It is little too early for me to do this role, perhaps few years down the line I would have drawn from my own experiences..But I guess my reference point for now had to be none other than the gorgeous reigning Diva of Bollywood Ms. Aishwarya Rai. My fingers are crossed and pray my Cover Story will appeal to the audience and will make me one too" she giggles.
