This week has been wonderful with several movies unveiling their First Look. One among them is Imtiaz Ali's directorial 'Rockstar', where Ranbir Kapoor plays the title role.

The poster of the movie which released of late has Ranbir against the backdrop of blazing fire along with a guitar, which in other words portrays his burning passion for music. His long hair also matches to the flames, making the poster look powerful.

Bannered under Eros International Media Ltd and Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd, 'Rockstar' is produced by Dhillin Mehta. Along with Ranbir, the movie has newcomer Nargis Fakhri while late legendary 'Yahoo' star Shammi Kapoor will be seen in a cameo.

Another interesting part is that the movie's music has been done by Oscar award winning composer A. R. Rahman. The music maestro's last movie in Bollywood was 'Jhootha Hi Sahi' after which he got busy with international projects.

Earlier news had been that Ranbir had attended one of the recording sessions of Rahman, just to see the composer at work. Besides, the actor wanted to get the feel of the music which in turn will help him to prepare for his character in the movie.

Rockstar's first trailer is slated to release on the 31st of August along with Salman Khan-Kareena Kapoor starrer 'Bodyguard' while the movie is going to hit the screens on 11th November, 2011.
