Abhay, Genelia's 'Rock The Shaadi' not happening

It's final. The zombie love story starring Abhay Deol and Genelia Deshmukh is not happening. It has been shelved completely. Bad luck for Abhay Deol and 'Manorama Six Feet Under' fame director Navdeep Singh. It's their second film which is getting shelved. Earlier 'Baasera' with PVR didn't happen as the production company showed it back at the time of the announcement.

But this time the shelving came after some money already being spent. The unit completed a 20 day schedule in November. Balaji was first backing the film then it doubts over the commercial viability of the project and said no. The original producers IRock was suppose to go ahead with the production but Balaji's questioning and Genelia's marriage didn't do any good for the project.

According IndiaGlitz sources which are close to the unit the project is over and the movie is shelved. There is no 'Rock The Shaadi' happening.
