Lalu keeps his promise

Many ardent viewers of the mini screen will still remember ace director Laljose judging the reality show 'Vivel Active Fair' Big Break on Surya TV. The director who was more than a part of the crew made a promise in one of the episodes that he will present the winner to Mollywood through one of his films. Anushree, the winner of the show was waiting in the wings for some time to see herself amidst the celebrity status.

Anyway, laljose has now kept his word by casting her as one of three lead ladies in the new movie 'Diamond Necklace'. Anushree, is now in cloud nine sharing the screen with the likes of Fahad fazil, Rohini and Sreenivasan.

Laljose who had been instrumental in moulding the careers of many including Kavya Madhavan, Jyotirmayi,Archana Kavi and Ann Augustine is expected to do the same for Anushree, who is continuing with her shoots at Dubai. The movie written by Dr Iqbal Kuttipuram, is produced jointly by Anitha Productions and LJ FILMS Pvt.Ltd. 'Diamond Necklace' is expected as a late summer release.
