Balayya ready to campaign for TDP

IndiaGlitz [Wednesday, May 02, 2012]

Balakrishna has been quoted as saying by the media that he is very much willing to hit the campaign trail if the TDP's leadership (read Chandrababu Naidu) asks him to do so.  He said this on the sidelines of an event yesterday in Hyderabad.

He was asked if he would be willing to campaign for the TDP in the run-up to the scheduled by-elections to 18 Assembly constituencies on June 14.  Besides, he was also asked by some scribes about the chasm between himself and Babu.  Balakrishna, who usually avoids making controversial statements (except seldom against Chiru), also parried the question relating to the rift between himself and Junior NTR.

The climax of Adhinayakudu will be eagerly watched, as the director himself has stated that the last 20 minutes of the film reflects the political situation in the State.  One only hopes that the film would release before the situation changes!
