'Aashiqui 2' for Valentine's Day

IndiaGlitz [Thursday, July 12, 2012]

When a movie is from the house of Bhatts, one would usually associate with something that will be sexy, hot and serious.

But no, with 'Aashiqui 2' it will be different.

In a media interaction filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt said the sequel of 1990 'Aashiqui' will be on subtler tone and they are planning to make it on a U/A or U-certificate base.

Stated Mahesh Bhatt to sources, "I would say he (Suri) would perhaps be making a film which is certainly a U/A or U-certificate film.

Because the theme is slightly mature, the romance will be more gentler with palatable scenes unlike Murder 2."

To be directed by Mohit Suri, 'Aashiqui 2' will have Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in lead and it is expected to release in the season of love - on Valentine's Day.

Bhatt also said that Suri is set out to change the perception of those people who usually expect him to make only grave and erotic movies like 'Murder 2', 'Jism 2' and 'Jannat 2'.
