Prakash Jha's 'Chakravyuh' to have London premier

Filmmaker Prakash Jha is excited these days... For, his forthcoming multi-starrer film 'Chakravyuh' has got the opportunity to be premiered on international shores.

According to sources, Jha's political thriller 'Chakravyuh' has been invited to the London Film Festival for world premiere.

The film which was earlier slated to be released on 5th October 2012, will now hit the screens from 12th Oct instead, because the Festival will only commence from 10th Oct.

So keeping that in view, Jha decided to push the release date.

Talking excitedly about the opportunity, Jha said in an interview, "It's a prestigious festival which provides good exposure for the film. But it is not opening the festival. It has been invited for a world premiere."

Incidentally, in 1997 the screening of Jha's 'Mrityudand' was held at the opening of the London Film Festival.
