Kangana dons director's hat

Yeah, the beauty has shown another talented side of hers... Kangana Ranaut has joined a team of American short film, where she has got on board as director.

According to sources, the actress got the opportunity to turn into director when she got in touch with some Hollywood experts, during one of her trips in Los Angeles.

The untitled project is said to be about complex concept, the story of which revolves around a four-year kid and a dog.

Talking about the film, Kangana said to sources that before filming it took nearly six months of groundwork and several workshops.

She added to say that they have not made it intending to send it to film festivals.

Excited about taking the director's seat, Kangana said, "This has been an experience that I will always cherish."

She also revealed that she is very thankful to all her filmmaking friends who gave constant guidance in her new venture.
 
Currently Kangana is said to be busy focusing on finishing the editing and visual effects. After which she will fly Paris to start on with her next acting project.
