While Ram Gopal Varma is planning to shoot the sequel of his 1998 film 'Satya', of late news is in the circles that the newly turned producer, John Abraham is willing to produce the project.

Only couple of months back, the handsome actor had launched his own production house with 'Vicky Donor' which went on to bag rave reviews.

And now when John came to know about RGV's 'Satya' sequel plans, sources said, he apparently wanted to be part of it as a producer.

While his debut production was a light-hearted genre, John is trying to be experimental and take on an intense film like 'Satya' that deals with Mumbai's underbelly.

Quotes sources, "There are a few other projects in the offing too. The movies are a mix bag of various subjects. And John is gung-ho to have the best projects under his banner."
