Chetan doesn't want to disappoint Salman's fans with 'Kick'

It is a known fact that Chetan Bhagat is doing a screenplay adaptation for Salman Khan's 'Kick' which would be going on floors next year.

While producer Sajid Nadiadwala, who is also turning a director with the film, is entrusting Chetan to do the needful from the writing perspective so that the film not just reaches out to the farthest corner of the world but also turns out to be the biggest and the best of the Salman Khan starrers, Chetan, an author of quite a few bestsellers, understands that he has a task in hand, and that too quite different from the kind that he has excelled in over the years gone by.

"What I need to definitely make sure is that Salman Khan's fans aren't disappointed with the film", says Chetan who has already started work on the film, "I have seen the original film; its plot is quite gripping while the overall narrative is quite entertaining. Now I have to take it to the next level.

With Salman in there, I need to bring in all the more entertainment. I have to make sure that his mighty presence further enhances the core of 'Kick'."

We are sure Salman fans would approve.
