Abhishek Bachchan to do socio comedy next?

Talks are that Abhishek Bachchan is likely to work on a social comedy soon. The project will be directed by Umesh Shukla, who previously made a fine impression with the Akshay Kumar-Paresh Rawal starrer satire 'OMG! Oh My God'.

According to sources, the helmer met Jr.Bachchan and the actor said to have shown his interest on the subject. Currently Shukla is preparing the script and he is soon expected to meet to discuss Abhishek again with the final draft.

As of now Shukla, who is not willing to share much detail about the project, is still working on the story. However he confirmed in an interview that the film 'will be of social relevance coupled with comedy.'

The project which is expected to go on floors this year, will most probably co-produced by Bhushan Kumar and Shyam Bajaj.
