With a body-to-die-for, hottie Esha Gupta believes that dancing is a liberating form of exercise. Giving a big No-No to a strict work out regime, the bold and beautiful Kingfisher babe candidly accepts that she would rather dance instead of sweating out the hard sweating and starving way.

Although a fitness enthusiast, the 'Jannat 2' actress however prefers to keep herself fit via dance. She dances approximately two hours a day, as a part of her daily exercise.

Revealed a source, "Esha feels that dance is one of the best forms of exercise. It helps you be fit and at the same time also relaxes one's mind. It is one of the best forms of expression, as well"
