Kangana Ranaut doesn't want to be repetitive

IndiaGlitz [Wednesday, March 27, 2013]

These days not only our actors but also actresses are taking active interest in the film making process and scripts. While making his forthcoming film 'Queen', director Vikas Bahl was impressed with his heroine Kangana Ranaut's sensible suggestion.
The filmmaker wanted to include a scene where Kangana's screen character had to show off a tattoo of her boyfriend's name on her cleavage to a prospective groom. However the actress refused to do so; not for its sexy factor but in more practical sense. According to Kangana, the scene might remind the audience about a similar situation showed in her earlier film 'Tanu Weds Manu'. Hence, she was not keen to give space to comparisons between her roles.
"I was keen for her to get a tattoo that said 'Queen', but then we discussed and I agreed with her point of view and we dropped the idea completely," confirmed Bahl in an interview. In 'Queen' Kangana plays a bubbly Delhite girl who gets dumped by her boyfriend before their marriage.
Incidentally Rajkumar Yadav plays the lead alongside Kangana in the film, as her husband.
