Being a hard core romantic film, actor Ranveer Singh didn't want to leave any stones unturned to make 'Lootera' reflect the essence of love to perfection. Going with the theme of the film Ranveer was keen to have a very romantic poster for the same.

In fact Ranveer got the idea to do a special shoot and design the poster similar to the poster of 'Gone With The Wind'. Since he was very keen to shoot this, he requested and convinced the director Vikramditya Motwane and the whole team of 'Lootera' to have this romantic poster.

Eventually, the shoot was done and it looks absolutely magical with Ranveer and his leading lady Sonakshi Sinha.

Incidentally, 'Lootera', a period film based in the 1950s, will be the first romantic film of this generation where the actors will be seen expressing with their eyes just like the actors did in the earlier days.
