Now get ready to watch a film that combines romance, comedy, drama and action in one single flick - TA RA RUM PUM!

Second directorial effort by Siddharth Anand of SALAAM NAMASTE fame, TRRP is what a fantasy flick is made of. An ideal family, ideal world, mushy situations, all around love, fun and happiness and then some not-so-happy moments, only for the life to reach a point when everything gets back to normalcy and one can't help but sing - TA RA RUM PUM!

This was a song sung by Rajveer Singh a.k.a RV [Saif Ali Khan], Radhika [Rani Mukherjee], Priya [Angelina Idnani] and Champ [Ali Haji] too. A family of four, theirs was the happiest family in the world before an unfortunate incident brought a turnaround into the way they lived. But before that let's take you back into time.

An orphan, Rajveer Singh loves cars, loves speed and loves races. A college drop out, he worked in a pit-crew of a racing team in USA. He wanted to do something big in the world of cars but till that happened he was content with the way he was living.

Until he met Harry [Javed Jaffrey] and Radhika!

Identified by Harry as the man who could be the next superstar in the world of racing, he was soon inducted as a car race driver and rechristened RV. Meanwhile he also found love in the form of Radhika, a music student, who could have inherited billions from her father, a software company owner, but preferred to live her life with a rising star!

RV soon started climbing the ladder of success and in no time was the numero uno racer in the country. Life continued to be bed of roses for RV and Radhika as they got married and had God's gift in the form of two lovable children Priya and Champ!

But destiny had its own plan and one crazy accident on the track left RV hospitalized for a long duration.

His physical wounds healed but mentally he was scarred most. He could no longer believe in himself to be the champion that he once was. He tried, but he couldn't be successful. Meanwhile the family started loosing its resources too and found themselves in a state where they had to live a lower middle class life.

Unwilling to let their children get a sniff of the situation the family was in, RV and Radhika came up with a ploy. A trick that would make the family be happy amidst adverse situations and still make them all sing along - TA RA RUM PUM.

The trick was to let the children believe that the cause of such a life style was a reality show. A show where they all had to live a poor life so that they could perform well in that and in the end win for themselves a mega prize! There was fun, laughter, adventure and fantasy for all even though RV and Radhika knew that they had to avoid shedding a single tear in front of their children.

But could this have continued for long? Would RV decide to take a plunge into the tracks once again? Would his 'shona', Radhika, prove to be his pillar of support once again? Will Harry return to be the best Manager that RV could have dreamt of?

Would the family continue to croon TA RA RUM PUM?

Arriving this Friday, i.e. 27th April, TRRP would have answers to all these questions as the film continues to be most sought out this summer. With music by Vishal Shekhar and Javed Akhtar saab writing the lyrics, TRRP is the first release of Yash Raj Films this year
