Kaisay Kahein Preview

There have been stories about teens falling in love. There have been stories about love meeting with opposition. There have been stories about extramarital affairs. But what happens when the problem is not about teen romance, parental opposition or fear of being caught? What happens when your own career comes in way of your love life? What happens when it's you, and just you, who has to choose the right path for making love a worthwhile journey to take?

Smita Thackerey's 'Kaise Kahe' tries to answer these questions as a light hearted musical.

The film is a story of Aditya [Rajveer] and Radhika [Neha] who find love in each other. Young, bright, cheerful and ambitious, both Aditya and Radhika were quite successful in their careers and were looking at placing themselves at the top of the ladder. While Aditya was doing excellently for himself as a banker and was already aiming at the COO's position in spite of being just 25 years old, Radhika was a hot-shot journalist.

In fact it was this profession of hers which made her come close to Aditya. In a sting operation she met Aditya for the first time and love bloomed.

All seemed well as they spent time with each other and fell deeper in love. But life isn't always what one expects to be! Their professional life started taking toll over their personal life and they were required to spend some quality time away from each other. Being in the kind of positions which required them to be on toes throughout the day and night, they tried to bring in understanding in their relationship.

There were more twists and turns in their lives as Radhika had to leave for another city after her promotion. A long distance relationship between the two begun but was that the kind of life they wanted to live?

At such a young age the two could have enjoyed the beauty of life. Instead what they ended up doing was neglect the happiness which came from togetherness and love while concentrating solely on their careers.

Would such a relationship stay on to live forever? Or would there be cracks that would threaten to become thicker with the progress of time?

Written and directed by debutant Mohit Hussein, 'Kaise Kahe' has music by Pritam and is aiming for an August 17 release.
