She Has Been Loved: Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, 33, and his girlfriend of over two years, model Anne Vyalitsyna, 26, have called it quits. ""Adam and I have decided to separate in an amicable and supportive manner,"" Vyalitsyna said in a statement. ""We still love and respect each other as friends. I wish him all the best."" (No couple should be that good-looking anyway, right?) But while the cause of the breakup is still unknown, maybe Levine will pull a Taylor Swift and compose some sad verses about his ex for the new Maroon 5 album, Overexposed, that is scheduled to drop on June 26.
Until that album is released, Levine can still listen to some of his old break-up/heartbreak songs from previous Maroon 5 albums to help him cope with the split. Here is a sample of some of their greatest break-up lyrics - grab your pint of Ben & Jerry's and cry along with him!
1. ""If you needed love / Well then ask for love / Could have given love / Now I'm taking love / And it's not my fault Cause you both deserve / What's coming now"" (""Wake Up Call"")
2. ""Now waking up is hard to do / Sleeping's impossible too / And everything's reminding me fo you / What can I do?"" (""Better That We Break"")
3. ""I used to think you were the one / Now I'm sick of thinking anything at all / You ain't ever coming back to me."" (""Through With You"")
Levine and V. met when Levine's band performed at 2010 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue release party in Las Vegas.
