Romance bloomed in the Flower State this past Saturday, April 7, as hometown country star Jake Owen got engaged. Owen, 30, was in the middle of a performance at the Citrus Bowl, when he pulled his girlfriend, model/actress Lacey Buchanan, on stage to propose.

Owen brought Buchanan onto the stadium stage during fan favorite, ""I Don't Think I Can't Love You,"" at which point he got down on one knee.

He then declared, ""You're probably wondering where your ring is, right? I just said I can't buy you a big diamond ring or a big old house on the hill, but I promise you I'll love you forever and ever and ever.""

On Sunday, April 8, Owen took to Twitter to announce, ""I'm a happy man. Life is complete."" Buchanan has appeared in the music videos for Owen's songs ""Barefoot Blue Jean Night"" and ""Eight Second Ride.""
