The socialite recently told V Magazine she wanted to become the first reality TV star to unveil a plaque on the sidewalk - but she has to do a lot more than just be famous, according to the bigwigs who select the honourees.

A spokesman for the Chamber of Commerce tells The Hollywood Reporter, ""Part of criteria in being honoured is receiving awards such as Emmys, SAG Awards, Oscars... in the category of television, live-stage performance or motion pictures.

""And they have to have a career in the business of acting for five years or more.""
