With no acting roles currently lined up for the future, Lindsay Lohan is one of the 7.8%. And with the unemployment rate in the forefront of her mind, Lohan has got her sights set on Mitt Romney for the next President of the United States of America.

Lohan told E! News on Thursday's red carpet for a Mr. Pink's Ginseng Drink event, ""I just think employment is really important right now. So, as of now, [I'm voting for] Mitt Romney. As of now.""

So, citizens of America, before you decide for whom you will be casting your vote for president this November, consider this: Do you want Lohan to find a job? The answer may decide the fate of this, our great nation.

Lohan is not the first celebrity to endorse the Rebublican candidate. On Sunday, Clueless star Stacey Dash revealed on Twitter that she will be voting for Romney. ""Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future,"" she tweeted. Why Dash received criticism for her conservative politics, she remained strong in her convictions, tweeting, ""My humble opinion... EVERYONE is entitled to one."" Lohan's proclamation, meanwhile, seems much less set in stone... as of now.
