Priyamani has been acting in a heroine oriented film titled 'Chandi'.

Sr.Director V.Samudra has been directing the film and it is being produced by Dr. Sreenubabu under 'Omics Creations' banner. Satya Mummidi is the executive producer of the film.

Priyamani has liked the subject and Okayed the project, immediately after hearing it. Chandee has started on February 1st and the key scenes have been shot till Feb 16th.

Satya Mummidi says," We have been taking this movie as very prestigious and making it with a high budget and well-known actors. The role of Priyamani has been outstanding and it becomes memorable in her career. Till now, we have shot key scenes on heroine and villain and the heroine's fight with Police officers. Priyamani is being trained in horse riding and Archery for this role. Her role is an action oriented one and she has taken it as a challenge. The next schedule will be started on 27th of this month and go on up to March 15th".
