The national award winning director for 'Aadukalam' that won five awards Vetrimaran was in Bangalore to wish his friend Jacob Varghese who launched 'Savari 2' at Dharmagiri Sri Manjunatha Temple in Banashankeri Bangalore on Wednesday evening.

Addressing the media Vetrimaran of 'Polladhavan, Aadukalam, Udhyam NH 4, Nan Rajavaga Pogiren, Kaaka Muttai and other ongoing projects recalled the days of learning and understanding cinema with his friend Jacob Varghese. He is a producer today from this Kannada film. It is a different ball game. I have seen Jacob closely and know his struggling days. For Manikanth Khadri music director of this film I have worked with him for a film that had music from GV. Khadri worked for one song in my film and I wish all the very best for this film. Vetriman further looking at the poster 'A donkey carrying luggage' for the film 'Savari 2' was curious to know the job of a donkey in the film and how it connects the film.

According to Jacob Varghese the donkey is a part of the screenplay flow of the film. The name given to it is Vasudev of Doddaballapur. When the film is seen full one understands the significance of it he pointed.
