The beautiful actress of Kannada cinema Anu Prabhakar is looking for path breaking roles like how Tabu did in 'Chandini Bar'. Anu the state award winning actress shot in to fame from 'Hrudaya Hrudaya' was speaking to newsmen on the sets of her periodic Kannada film 'Sri Dhannamma Devi' at Janapada Loka near Ramanagar.
She is hell bent on winning the hearts of her directors, fans and media from every film. She made it clear that the usual roles do not interest her. Quoting the validity of her role in 'Sri Dhannamma Devi' she explained that the 12 th century woman Dhannamma has been a revolutionary thinker and reformer. Anu has been able to learn lot of new things from director Chindodi Bangaresh while doing the role for 'Sri Dhanamma Devi'.
The amazing development for Anu while doing shooting at Guddapura the place of presiding deity was that the womenfolk received Anu at their residence and fell to the feet. The people of that region saw Sri Dhanamma Devi' in Anu and that made them to fall to the feet.
