As the number of Kannada film releases reach century for this Friday November 6, 2009 there are four films competing to get noticed in the box office this week.

Ramesh Aravind, Komal Kumar, Nancy Thakkar, Nandini starring comedy caper ‘3 Guttu Ondhu Sullu Ondhu Nija’ produced by Rajiv.K and D Venkatesha Naidu this film is directed by reputed craftsman Dinesh Baoo has the high chances to get the crowd. This is a quickie from director Dinesh Baboo and the story takes place in the 24 hours.

Ramesh Aravind for the first time plays the village youngster delivering the Mandya accent of Kannada. He does not have a pair in this film. He is Appu always munching pan in the film. The most popular comedy actor Komalkumar is playing a role that is equally opposite to Ramesh Aravind in the film. There are many comedy artists of Kannada cinema in this film. Singer Suma Shastry wife of playback singer and music director LN Shastry scores the music for just one song in the film. Dinesh Baboo besides doing the story, screenplay for the film has also handled the camera.

The second most expected film of this week ‘Parichaya’ songs have reached the top position already. First time producer SG Krishnamurthy says he is already safe by 60 percent of his budget in the maiden film business. Ravishing actress Rekha is teamed with young Tarun. Sidhu and Monisha are also in the cast. The super hit Kannada film ‘Hudugaata’ Sanjay has tried a new spark in this film. It is a sweet and soft love story with not much of intensity says actor Tarun. Rekha arrived for the promotion of this film from Mumbai explained the story and songs make the film very interesting. Jessie Gift scored three songs – Kudi Notave….Jigi Jigi Jigidhu….Ella Holikege Meeridhavalu….are top on chart already. PKH Doss is the cameraman of ‘Parichaya’.

The third film of the week ‘www.bhaya.com’ is a suspense thriller from veteran director Vemgal Jagannatha Rao. Anu Narayan is the producer of this new kind of cinema. The film revolves around lead actors Santosh, Madhu Sagar, Vikram Sooro, Meghana, Rohini and Roshini. GK Govinda Rao, Sunder Raj, Bharat Bagavathar, Siddaraja Kalyankar, Shanker Ashwath are in the cast. Rajashekar is the cameraman and Rajesh Ramanath has tuned the music. Vemgal Jagannath Rao has penned the story, screenplay, dialogues besides directing the film. SVS Movies Anu Narayan is the producer of ‘www.bhaya.com’ Kannada film.

Newcomer Kalkere Prakash produced ‘10th Class A Section’ is the fourth release of the week that caters to the dismal fate of love marriage and advantages of arranged marriage besides touching upon the students life. Dil Sathya is the director of this remake film. There are some eye opening incidents in the film he promises. Already in half a dozen films Priyanka (who is doing Tamil films now) is the main lead with Naveenkumar as hero. Producer Kalkere Prakash son Prithviraj plays the villain in this film. Hasib is the cameraman and RN Abhilash has done the music for the film.
