The director of 'Buddivantha', 'Bisi Bisi', 'Aadu Aata Aadu' films Ramanath Rigvedi is back after 'Adhikari' a women centric film. Rigvedi is shooting in Belgaum, Savadatthi and Gokak for this film. The audio of this film was also released in Uttar Karnataka recently. Venugopal is the producer of this 'Adhikari' starring Vinayaprasad in the lead role.

After demise of Puttannaji the camp of Ramnath Rigvedi shifted to SV Rajendra Singh Babu. He worked Singh Babu from Muttina Hara to Mohini. After that he became independent director from 'Bisi Bisi' starring Ramesh Aravind and Anu Prabhakar.
