Thanks to Prakash Jha, the iconic megastar Amitabh Bachchan and talent house Kareena Kapoor will be soon sharing the screen space.
Remember, there was a cold war between the Bachchans and the Kapoors, since the time when Karisma called off her engagement with Abhishek.
And the two families had always rejected those offers for movies which either wanted to cast Kareena with Abhishek or with Big B. However now it seems like the line of enmity has been erased and Bebo and Big B said to have given their nods for Prakash Jha's forthcoming serious drama 'Satyagrah'.
Although Ajay Devgn said to be playing the lead hero, Bachchan will be featuring in an equally parallel role as Ajay's mentor while Kareena will play Ajay's love interest.
According to sources, Kareena's character in 'Satyagrah' will be powerful and on par with Big B's character. She is said to be Jha's second strongest heroine, after Madhuri Dixit in 'Mrityudand'.
"Kareena's character has strong views on politics and when she realises Devgn is going astray, stands up against him and his teacher"
She will share a interactive space with Bachchanji's character that will lend her immense power," quoted sources.
Earlier in 2004, Amitabh and Kareena had featured together in Govind Nihalani's film 'Dev', yet another intense story.
