Countdown has begun. Less than two days from now, Akshay Kumar's first sci-fi comedy 'Joker' would be released.

On a high after the twin success of 'Rowdy Rathore' and 'Housefull 2', both of which crossed the 100 crore mark, Akshay is happy to talk about 'Joker' which he describes as a 'world of mysteries and lies'.

While one waits to see what really is in the offering with 'Joker', on the face of it this appears to be an adventure comic affair by Shirish Kunder.

"Well, it's an intelligent script which is created to make the audience step out of the norm and lose themselves in the world of mysteries and lies. However that's only if their minds can allow them to do so.

It's a humble rural sci-fi which is full of madness, jokes, love & adventure", says Akshay when asked about the stage and setting of the film.

Incidentally, this is also Akshay's first film which would have a heavy dose of VFX.

"It's something fun and exciting for the families to enjoy, especially children", assures Akshay.

We would known for sure once this Shirish Kunder directed film releases this Friday.
