Producer of many Kannada films right from 'Mannina Dhoni' in 1990 Sandesh Nagaraj, sitting MLC after finishing the shooting and post production with a week ahead for release of his film held audio release to brief the media on his comedy flick 'Mr 420' starring golden star Ganesh, Pranitha, Rangayana Raghu and Sadhu Kokila in prominent roles.
While finalizing on the nativity change and dialogues work for 'Paiyaa' Tamil film to Kannada, writer BA Madhu was struck with a new concept. Producer Sandesh Nagaraj kept aside the Tamil film 'Paiyaa' and took the original subject that is full of comedy according to him. Known for straightforward approach Sandesh Nagaraj disclosed that after morning show no one can say this film is unfit to watch. Sandesh Nagaraj thanked Prasad for evincing interest in buying this film. I am very sure that good result comes for this film.

According to him comedy films are doing well in Kannada. He quoted the examples of Govindayanamaha and Rambo. He is distributing this film with Basha of Bahar Films and hopes for good result to 'Mr 420'.
