Known for novel thought and serious attempts in cinema making Prof. Baraguru Ramachandrappa has picked the life sketch of ancient story of 'Angulimala' and Gauthama Buddha for his film and made analysis to the present day violence. The film 'Angulimala' second consecutive one for producer BK Srinivas had valedictory function for completion of shooting in Baraguru Ramachandrappa style. The combination had a successful film 'Bhagirathi' this year.

To give observation on the 'Violence and non Violence' Prof Baraguru invited freedom fighter HS Doreswamy and former justice AJ Sadashiva. Dr Jayamala, Jayanthi, Saikumar, Raghu Mukerjee, former KFCC President KV Chandrasekhar and Sa Ra Govindu were present at the valedictory and felicitation function.

Producer BK Srinivas thanking Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa immensely said he would the same support 'Angulimala' like how promoted 'Bhagirathi' in reaching people.

In his welcome address Prof Baraguru said it was Yuddodpadane in ancient days and Bayodpadane after independence of India. Here in 'Angulimala' lack of 'Prabhutva' is also focused stated Prof Baraguru.

Freedom fighter with Gandhian principles HS Doreswamy felt the 'terror' was there even in 'Valmiki' days. It has changed with different names over the centuries. Former Justice AJ Sadashiva appreciated the unique type of thinking in Prof Baraguru in presenting the past and present in this strong media.

Dr Jayamala another guest at 'Angulimala' valedictory event said Prof Baraguru thoughts and hard work is asset to Karnataka. His abilities should be used even in the 'Dubbing' issue by the industry opined Dr Jayamala.
