The first official complaint on noted director, producer, and actor S Narayan has landed up in a cheque bounce case. The complainant is distributor Nagaprasad of Samarth Venture who made wild guesses in his cinema investment from stocks and share investment business.

Nagaprasad has filed a complaint on S Narayan to the tune of Rs.2 crores cheque bounced. He has filed the complaint at KFCC and KFPA. On Friday morning a meeting has been set up for amicable solution on this issue. This is to avoid Nagaprasad from further going in to police or legal battle.

The financial deal of S Narayan and Naga Prasad is at the time of 'Munjane' Kannada film ten months ago. Rs.2 crore S Narayan had taken assuring the early return.  'I never expected that S Narayan would dodge so long to return'.  There is no space for people like me who operate very clean. We cannot believe people in the cinema industry.  When I went to S Narayan house I get a reply that he is not at home.

S Narayan known as disciplined and dedicated personality in the Kannada cinema industry faces first major setback in his life from this cheque bounce case. In the last 23 years of his career Naga Prasad is the first person to make a major complaint on S Narayan.
