100 Years Event - KFCC Gear Up - 3 Teams Set Up

After the initial meeting the Karnataka film industry bigwigs attended for the celebration of 100 years of Indian cinema in Southern level a few important developments have taken place at the Kannada film front.

The KFCC President B Vijayakumar brimming with happiness disclosed to this correspondent on Thursday evening that three separate committees have been set up after the first round of meeting held in Chennai.

The three separate committees are headed by S Narayan representing the producers, MS Ramesh representing the technicians and Ramesh Aravind heading the Artists sector. As of now it has been decided that the three days program in the month of May or June 2013 will be held.

In the three days half a day is set aside for honoring the 50 bigwigs and achievers from each cinema industry. It is also followed by a few speeches. This happens in the presence of all the four languages industry.

The final day will be six hours gala event of South Indian cinema industry in which one hour is allotted to each cinema industry for performance.

The latest news is CCL organizers, Whizcraft, Radan Production House and Sun Network are in the race for the mega catch of sponsorship.

For KFCC President the celebration of 100 years of Indian cinema at South is a prestigious issue. He is the chairman of 100 years of Karnataka Silk Industries Corporation and in his regime as Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce 100 years of Indian cinema is celebrated.
