The Karnataka Election Commission has applied a ban on release of films of contesting candidates in big screen and small screen.
At least 15 cinema actors' names are heard in the different political parties list as on today. But nothing has been final. There is no provision of such actors' films screening in big and small screen.
The most affected is Udaya Comedy show. More than 50 percent of the comedy shows clips consist from 140 films of comedy hero Jaggesh. Udaya Films cannot go with actor films and it has to be a very careful.
