At sixty IAS officer in service of government of Karnataka comes back to acting. That is K Shivaram, first one to write IAS in Kannada language returns to acting after 'Game' with Meena as heroine. The launch of 'E Hrudaya' of K Shivaram was filled with fans and bigwigs of film industry and bureaucrats graced the occasion at Kanteerava Studio.

Retiring according to superannuation procedure in service Shivaram K at sixty years of age has a counterpart of 20 years of age. That is Dil Shad an engineering graduate from Gadag district of Karnataka. She makes debut as Muslim girl and that is the community she belongs to. Parul Yadav who appeared as Muslim girl in 'Govindayanamaha' and again in 'Shivajinagara' Kannada cinema is in Muslim get up once again in 'E Hrudaya'.

Beginning his acting career in 1993 from 'Baa Nalle Madhuchandrake' K Shivaram maintaining his bureaucrat standards waged a war on upper class society in his films and remained an ambassador of downtrodden in the society.  His films like Vasantha Kavya, Yarige Beda Duddu, Prathibhatane, Game, Naga and others in the last 20 had a sudden blockade when the High Court passed verdict that government officials should not act in films.

K Shivaram IAS retired from BMRDA department of Government of Karnataka is now a free bird and the age of 60 years of course not seen in his face and personality makes him to take up more meaningful roles.

Veteran director of over 25 films S Mahender is heading the megaphone with century to his credit BA Madhu as dialogue writer for 'E Hrudaya'. The film is not technically savvy but narration wise seems to be very sound.

A builder protagonist comes for a right kind of help to get VISA to a minority who wants to educate in USA as part of her further studies.

Mano Murthy and S Mahender combination is for the first time. K Shivaram melody lover from the beginning of his career in 1993 picking up MM is not a surprise. MM is scoring six songs for the film.
