'Lodde' meaning a left hander is the title of Kannada cinema now. Starring famous comedy hero Komal Kumar the film went on the floors in Mysore and for the commencement of shooting a rain effect song was shot on newcomer to Kannada Akanksha Puri.

Known for rain songs from the days of 'Mungaru Male' Jayanth Kaikini penned song Bannada Hoovina Kodeyannu Bichchida Gidagalu Maleyalli....was shot in Mysore, KRS, North Bank of KRS, Gaganachukki Barachukki and Balamuri locations. Akanksha Puri drenched in rain had made it look easy. Tribhuvan had done the choreography of this song.

Sensational star Komal Kumar is 'leftist' in this film. Sayyaji Shinde, Gopinath Bhat and others are in the cast of this Ullas Cinema. Master Ullas showed the clap board and Smt Sharadha wife of producer Manjunath switched on the camera.

MS Srinath, director of 'Rambo' and story writer of super hit 'Victory' is providing the story for SV Suresh direction. Srinath in the past directed films like 'Prema' and 'Stree Shakthi'.
