Thangigaagi

The run away hit of Tamil film 'Thirupatchi' remake is 'Thangigaagi'. The brother's struggle for sister safety even after marriage is the crux of this film. The brother known for manufacture of sharp weapons is forced to take up the weapons he prepares in his hand for facing the disgruntled elements. On a wrong notion he gives his sister to a city boy. That boy working in the college canteen is in the muddle when clashes evoke. Meanwhile on a ticket buying issue to go to Dubai evokes a bloody fight. In both the terrible situations the brother takes his own decision. He sees the safety of his pregnant sister. He kills three rowdies who are up in arms against him.

This is a well made action cum sentiment film for Darshan. He plays the brother while television actress Shwetha Chengappa plays his sister.
