After the internationally acclaimed 'Beyond The Rains', ace cinematographer-director Santhosh Sivan is getting ready with another release. His new movie 'Tahaan' shot entirely at Kashmir tells a plot about the journeys of an eight year old to regain his lost donkey.

Santhosh Sivan is said to have made a satirical use of the majesty of the environment in Kashmir with the intense terrorism that has gripped the area.

Shot at the border village of Pahalgaam, the movie has Anupam Kher, Victor Banerjee, Sarika and Rahul Khanna in the cast lines. ‘Tahaan' is scripted by Santhosh Sivan with support from Paul hard out and Rithesh Menon.

The movie has music by Taufeeq Khureshy while its songs are sung by Adnan Samy.
