Well-known Hollywood actress, Julia Roberts, is shooting in India for her English movie, ‘Eat, Pray, Love’. The shooting is taking place in Gurgaon and the actress is staying the Pataudi Palace Hotel there. Oscar winner Javier Bardem, Billy Crudup and Richard Jenkins are the other co-stars who have come down for the shoot. It is said that the team has planned to stay till the second week of October.

The ‘Runaway Bride’ actress is said to playing the character of a renowned US author Elizabeth Gilbert and movie portrays her peace-seeking journey over three countries – Italy, India and Indonesia. The team had already finished their shooting in Italy and then has come down here. Julia is also accompanied by her children.

The Indian locale scenes will include places like the Pataudi Palace and Ashram Hari Mandir at Pataudi near Gurgaon. According to sources, scenes are mainly based on yoga and meditation; so they will shoot in the ‘Yoga and Meditation Sthal’ of the Ashram. It is also heard that few of the Indian crew who were on ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ will be part of this Indian schedule. ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ is expected to hit the screens in 2011.
