In an welcome development, Tamil Nadu chief minister M Karunanidhi has congratulated Mammootty for his meticulous performance in the movie ‘Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja’ The popular C M of Tamil Nadu called up Mammootty on the evening of Thursday to express his deep admiration for the star. “Arpudhamana Padam” said M. Karunanidhi after the special show that was organised in Chennai for the CM.
 
I am very much honoured to be bestowed with a great piece of support from the ‘Karanavar' said Mammootty to M. Karunanidhi, who is also a popular film personality. Mammootty and M.
