Last week, we have reported megastar Mammootty's plans to endorse Volleyball and become the brand ambassador of Kerala volleyball league. Now the other superstar of the state, Mohanlal is all set to become the good will ambassador for Kerala athletics. As both the stars are in sports arena endorsing different games, there will be no competition between the two in case of sports. While asked about this Mammootty makes it clear that there is no such thoughts when doing these kind of promotions. “As we are different personalities with different likes and dislikes, we decided to promote different events. Please don't compare what we do in public or on screen” urges Mammootty.

Mohanlal who runs a multitude of business firms in the state, has also recently cleared about his intentions to bid for a new Indian Premier League (IPL) team.
