Ajith fans all over the globe are eagerly awaiting the release of the 50th film of their thala. The expectations on this film are sky rocketing, thanks to the sleek teasers as well as posters that have got out.

Team 'Mankatha' is planning to release this film across the globe on the same day. 'Mankatha' will be released across the globe on August 31 with the national and international audience getting a good dose of Ajith and his team on the day of release, but looks like there might be a delay in Kerala.

Kollywood stars enjoy a very special place in the hearts of the Malayalam audience and are a rage in the neighboring land. Ajith is an icon to the people of Kerala. 'Mankatha' will hit theatres across Kerala only as late as September 9 reveal sources, and this delay is due to prior bookings and with the on coming Onam and Ramadan celebrations.

The theaters in God's own country are believed to be booked to the hilt, with a large array of local films that will hit theatres during the Onam hols!

'Mankatha' sees Ajith with Trisha in the lead. A host of other stars in Arjun, Vaibhav, Lakshmi Rai, Anjali, Premgi, Mahat and Andrea will be seen in supporting roles.
