Anoop turns lyricist

Anoop Menon is proving himself to be a versatile person who can handle any aspects of film making with ease. The law graduate who had been a popular television compere before entering films, will turn a lyricist with the new movie 'Beautiful' which is currently under production. The star who had become a regular in serious roles has also proved to be a dependable screen writer with films like 'Pakal Nakshatrangal' and 'Cocktail'. His performance in the recent films like 'Traffic' and 'Pranayam' had been applauded by the critics and masses alike.

Interestingly 'Beautiful' directed by V K Prakash will also have the scripts by Anoop Menon. The movie which feature Jayasuriya in the lead role will tell the story about a crorepathy named Stephen Lewis who is but left immovable, paralysed in a bed. The movie tells the positivism in his life and beliefs, as he find his own ways to enjoy life than ever before. The shoot for the movie which feature songs by Anoop Menon set to music by Ratheesh vega, is almost complete.
