Superstar Rajinikanth returned Chennai from London, where he was shooting for his forthcoming film 'Kochadaiyaan', in the wee hours of Monday. While various theories are doing rounds on his 'sudden return', here we present you the real picture.

"The schedule in London was originally planned for 20 days. But Soundarya R Ashwin, the director of the project, completed it much ahead. So the cast and crew are back in Chennai now," sources reliable said.

They added: "Only after the UK schedule was over successfully, Rajini and others met the media at a hotel in London and released photographs and clippings on the movie's making, besides sharing their Kochadaiyaan experiences."

"So there is no truth that the shooting was abruptly cancelled because of some personal reasons due to which Rajini had to rush to Chennai. It is the fertile imagination of someone who loves to spread sensational gossips", say sources close to the unit.
