The reality TV star is countersuing bosses at B&P Company after they alleged she breached her contract as spokesperson for their anti-ageing eye cream products by going under the knife.

In her lawsuit, filed last month (Apr12) in Ohio, Kim Kardashian's mum claims the surgery did not affect her eye area or her ability to promote the brand.

She also maintains B&P chiefs are trying to exploit her operation, which was filmed for her TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, to renege on their agreement.

Jenner is seeking compensatory damages and permission to keep the $305,000 (�190,625) advance she received.

A judge has yet to rule on the matter, according to TMZ.com.
