Scriptwriter turned director Babu Janardhanan's debut directorial venture 'Bombay March 12' was not treated with celebrations at the Box Office. Though this Mammootty starer failed at the Box Office, the movie managed to present a daring storylines and a promising young actor in Unni Mukundan to Mollywood. Anyhow, the director in Babu is not ready to sit idle lamenting over his failures like his scriptwriter friend Ranjan Pramod. Instead he has turned one of the most busiest technicians in Mollywood now.
Babu Janardhanan is currently canning the movie 'Lisammayude Veedu' , which will be the comeback movie of Meera jasmine. Said to be a sequel to Laljose's 'Achanurangatha Veedu' the movie is also reported to remind us of some grave social injustice happening to women in Kerla.
Babu Janardhanan has also completed the first schedule of his Kunchakko Boban starrer 'God for Slae' which will shortly resume it's shoot for the second schedules. In the midst Babu has also completed the scripts of his 'Paathriamanal' direcetd by M Padmakumar which is into its final stages. Apart from these Babu Janardhanan has also committed himself for a couple of scripts for other directors, who will start their shoot by the end of this year. Any way, good going Babu.
