Sekhar Kammula gave a recent hit named "Life is beautiful" and the talks said that he might be taking up the job of remaking "Kahaani" in Tamil and Telugu. "Kahaani" was a mega hit movie which was much spoken of and also got many awards for the female lead, Vidya Balan, including the Best Actress award at the Filmfare.

It is now official that he is to do the remakes. The question was, Nayantara or Anushka. Who would do a better job at being Vidya Balan in the remake. The director has chosen Nayantara. Sekhar also says that it wouldn't be an exact replica but would have some changes to suit the Telugu audience. We shall wait and see Nayantara's performance in this film and hope she bags many awards for it too.
