Celluloid to face the heat

As per the latest information, the new movie from senior director Kamal 'Celluloid'  has been  unofficially banned from release . The ban is said to be imposed by the distributors association of the state, who is taking vengeance on the director for releasing his previous movie 'Swapnasnchari' on the days of their theatre strikes, an year  ago. 'Celluloid' which is going forward with the arrangement's of a release on the 15th of this month is suddenly in chaos.

Interestingly,  this is a movie which tell the plot about the  history of Malayalam cinema with the J C Daniel in the centre of the plot. Featuring Prithviraj and Mamtha in the lead roles, the songs of the movie are already big hits in the metro channels.
