Arun Vijay shocked by the death of Skydiver

Actor Arun Vijay whose latest film Thadayaa Thakka, has been well received by critics, is currently busy shooting for his next film titled Deal, in which he pairs up with Karthika Nair of Ko fame. The actor has expressed shock on hearing the death of a female skydiving enthusiast in Omalur near Salem, a famous city in Tamilnadu. The death was caused by a technical snag in the parachute she was using to get down from the sky. 

The actor who is also a professional skydiver was supposed to take part in the exercise organized by Indian Skydiving and Parachute Association, said that, "I was excited that skydiving was actually coming to Tamil Nadu, and had agreed to go for it, However, this recent news comes as a huge shock to me " This mishap has casted a shadow on the future of this sport in the country. Arun said"Skydiving is not a sport that you can try out just for fun - it requires concentration. Presence of mind is very important in skydiving because you have just a few seconds to take a decision." A statement that might serve as a caution to aspiring Skydivers
